Hi everyone! I've compiled a few more resources for each category if you're interested in deepening your knowledge on the power of gratitude. I personally think that all these resources do a good job of explaining the psychology and science of psychology and/or provide useful tips and strategies to help implement the habit of gratitude in daily life. 2. Gratitude Meditation (Headspace)

Headspace is an app and is a part of Headspace Health, the "world’s most accessible, comprehensive provider of mental health and well-being care." Through science-backed meditation and mindfulness tools, Headspace helps you create life-changing habits to support your mental health and find a healthier, happier you. The app overall is used by over 70 million users and is a great tool for not only gratitude but .... This website includes a 10-minute meditation to give you a feel of what some of their gratitude meditations are like.
